Getting blood out of the carpet is fairly straight forward. If you ora child has had a bit of an injury or a nose bleed and a few drops land on your carpets, there is no need to panic. All you’ll need is baking soda, water, paper towels, and a towel.
First of all, you need to soak up any excess blood that is on the carpets by dabbing with paper towels. Do not scrub at the bloodstains or it’ll simply spread over a wider area. Thanks for the tip about salt and using it to help blood get out of carpet! We have a dog with mouth cancer who has dropped blood on the carpet, poor thing, she can’t help it.
